HomeProCalls ("we", "us") operates homeprocalls.com and a network of local trade-focused lead-generation websites. This policy covers what we collect through those sites' contact and inquiry forms, and how it's used.
When you submit an inquiry form (on this site or one of our trade sites), we collect the information you provide — typically name, phone number, email, service area, and any message or job details — along with the page you submitted from and your IP address for spam prevention.
Contractor inquiries submitted here are used to evaluate and respond to availability requests for our lead network. Homeowner inquiries submitted on our individual trade sites are routed to the contractor assigned to that trade and territory, so they can follow up on the request.
We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't share a homeowner's inquiry with more than one contractor per trade, per territory — that exclusivity is core to how the network works.
We use Google Analytics on this site and on our trade sites to count visits and see which pages are read. We also use that visit data to build audiences of past visitors, so that we can show them our ads for home-services help on Google (Search, YouTube and partner sites) and, where enabled, on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. You can opt out at Google's ads settings and Meta's ad preferences, by blocking cookies in your browser, or, if you live in a state that gives you the right to opt out of targeted advertising, by emailing the address below.
