When you submit an inquiry form (on this site or one of our trade sites), we collect the information you provide — typically name, phone number, email, service area, and any message or job details — along with the page you submitted from and your IP address for spam prevention.
Contractor inquiries submitted here are used to evaluate and respond to availability requests for our lead network. Homeowner inquiries submitted on our individual trade sites are routed to the contractor assigned to that trade and territory, so they can follow up on the request.
We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't share a homeowner's inquiry with more than one contractor per trade, per territory — that exclusivity is core to how the network works.
